At the end of each season the Baracus community celebrates its on and off field success with an annual awards banquet. There are many awards given out and a few of them are even serious. For the last six years Baracus has honored four players for their contributions to the club. These awards are:

The Most Valuable Player. This award honors the player who has made the greatest on-field contributions to the club

The Most Improved Player. This award honors the player who has made the greatest progress in improving his own game.

Rookie of the Year. This award honors the best new player to Baracus. Rarely is this player new to rugby, but any player who brings his talents to BA for the first time is eligible.

Mr. Baracus. This award honors the player who most completely embodies the Baracustani ethos. Focus on the larger community, selfless service to the club, and the demeanor of at least a casual weirdo are all character traits that befit the player honored as Mr. Baracus.
